As seen in Dining Out Denver, Fall/Winter 2008 & 2009. This shoot was for an editorial on Jello and it's use in haute cuisine. The Chef was Troy Guard of TAG restaurant, located in Larimer Square. The shoot itself took place at the Dining Out offices in the Highlands in Denver. This was a fun shoot in a fun location. The challenges I faced were losing natural light, utilizing my flash in a way that wouldn't wash out the subject and making the food look appetizing and artistic.
